Demon

"Akira no... Akira, please help me!" Avery screams as I turn to face the man who nearly killed the woman that I love and beat my sister. I send a hard punch to his face.

Abasi walks up to Avery with a smile on his face, gripping his machete. "So Demon, this is him?"

"And who the fuck are you?" Avery croaks as he spits blood out of his mouth at Abasi’s feet.

Chuckling, Abasi calmly steps forward with a machete in one hand and places it against Avery's face, dragging it down, causing Avery to scream in pain.

Looking Avery in the eye, Abasi gives Avery an ice-cold stare that would cause the toughest men to tremble in fear. "I am the one that they call the Black Death, and I come to watch you pay for your crimes against my niece."

I walk up beside Abasi and cross my arms over my chest. "Avery, you have no clue who you fucked with when you decided to attack Kira, attack my sister. Your daddy may have money and connections, but so do Kira and Dani." I laugh in his face, thinking to the connection we made through Kira who is so much more dangerous than any Bratva. "Uncle came a long way to enjoy this show, and after we’re done with you, dear old dad will be next."

Avery gives us a smirk that makes my blood boil. "You can't kill me. He's already been in touch with the Russians. They will save me."

"Ohhhh, you mean the Koshenkos," I ask laughing, looking over at Abasi. "The Koshenkos have nothing on Abasi Sefu."

The smirk that once was across Avery’s face falls immediately and is replaced with fear at the mention of Abasi's name.

"So, you have heard of me, yeah? Abasi asks with a smile. "Boy, don't worry. I'm not here to kill you. I'm letting the man who truly loves my niece handle that."

"No, please!" Avery's cries fill the room.

I step closer to him and whisper in his ear. "Stop begging like a little pussy."

Abasi takes a step closer to Avery, and his smile is replaced with an emotionless expression. "Well, since you have heard of me, you must have heard of my work. So, I promise you that the Black Death is coming and that means after you take your last breath by the hands of my nephew, your father and all his connections will be seeing you in the afterlife. Courtesy of me."

"So, you see Avery you fucked with the wrong family." I grin and walk over to the table that was set up with certain items I like to use to extract information. I slowly make my way back over to Avery with a Bowie knife. He eyes my every movement closely.

"Please...please don't...I can give you anything you want," Avery pleads. "Money, is that what you want? Guns? Drugs? Anything? I can give you anything!"

"Didn't I say no fucking begging!" I scream in his face.

Taking the knife, I slide it across the opposite side of his face that Abasi had sliced, taking a piece of flesh with it.
